Who we are

Guardian Network Productions Limited ("we", "us") is a 3D animation studio registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17438617, registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom). This website, gn-productions.com, is our public studio site. For anything privacy-related, contact guardiansoftiktok@gmail.com.

The short version

What we process

• Server logs. Our site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., acting as our hosting and security provider. Cloudflare processes connection data (such as IP address, user agent and requested URL) transiently to serve the site and defend it against abuse. We do not run our own analytics on this data.
• Email. If you write to guardiansoftiktok@gmail.com (including joining the store drop list), we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply and, where you have asked, to notify you about the store drop. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we do not do

• No advertising or advertising partners.
• No analytics or behavioural profiling.
• No sale or sharing of personal data.
• No third-party fonts, scripts or embeds — everything on this site is served from our own domain.

Legal basis

Where UK GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) for security-related processing of connection data, and on your consent or our legitimate interest in correspondence when you email us.

Retention

Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the correspondence or run the drop list, and deleted on request. We do not maintain user accounts or databases of visitor data.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to guardiansoftiktok@gmail.com and we will sort it out. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with an updated date.
