Everything on this site — films, stills, characters, character designs, artwork, text, logos and the site design itself — is the intellectual property of Guardian Network Productions or its licensors, protected by copyright, design and trade mark law. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, train machine-learning models on, or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission.

Our characters

Studio characters and their names, likenesses and designs are proprietary to Guardian Network Productions. Fan art for personal, non-commercial enjoyment is welcome; commercial use of our characters is not, without a licence from us.

What this site is

This site is an informational showcase. Nothing on it constitutes an offer, a contract, professional advice, or a guarantee that any film, product or drop will ship on any particular date. Production slates change; that is filmmaking.

The store

When our online store launches, purchases will be governed by their own terms of sale presented at checkout. Joining the drop list by email creates no obligation on either side.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties and accept no liability for loss arising from use of the site, from interruptions to its availability, or from reliance on its content. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — though we would much rather sort any issue out over email first.
